HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

For USA*,CA, AU,UK most of the items it would usually take 20-30 business days, however sometimes due to high demand please allow 20-40 business days for delivery.

Rest of the world - It takes longer for the rest of the world but please expect 30 to 50 days.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at support@waymorecreative.com

If your order hasn't arrived within 90 business days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

* Products shipped from San Diego, CA. will take up to 7 days within USA - Please check each products page to get shipping information.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS with tracking numbers.

International orders - This format of shipping does not include tracking numbers that function outside the United States. They will track the progress of the package through the origin country, but once the package is in the air it will no longer work.  We can provide you the international tracking number upon request.

I ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS, AND I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ONE ITEM, WHY IS THAT?

Since we ship from multiple warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. 

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ... WHAT'S GOING ON?

Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER / ADDRESS, CAN I?

Though we highly encourage you double check sizes and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made.  We process orders the same day they are placed.  If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at support@waymorecreative.com ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we can not make any promises.  If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfillment center we cannot make changes to the order. 
In that case, you can send the wrong item to our corporate offices and once received we can send out a corrected item.
